Board Size and Structure Webinar Registration

​​​You're invited to join a public webinar exploring proposed changes to Metro Vancouver's board size and structure.

An independent Board Governance Review by Deloitte Canada in 2025 found that Metro Vancouver's existing governance model serves the region well but there is room for improvements.

The report identified how changes to the size and structure of Metro Vancouver's Boards could enhance decision making, strategic focus, and overall improved governance.

In a webinar you will learn more about:

  1. Metro Vancouver's current governance structure
  2. The broader Board Governance Review process, including which Deloitte recommendations have already been implemented.
  3. The proposed size and structure changes under consideration
  4. How you can provide input for this discussion
